Plain terms

  1. Trustee Daybook is a record-keeping notebook. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and using it creates no lawyer, accountant, fiduciary or agency relationship with anyone.
  2. You decide what to write and you are responsible for it. The summary adds up only what you entered; check it against your statements and receipts.
  3. Keep your link safe. Anyone with it can read and change the daybook. This site has no way to recover a lost link. Download the CSV regularly as your own copy; it is free on every plan.
  4. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to store full account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords.
  5. The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that data can never be lost, and we are not liable for decisions made from what is written in a daybook.
  6. Prices are on the pricing page. During the preview nothing is charged. When checkout opens, paid plans renew until cancelled, cancelling is one step, and the Summary Week never renews.
